Please read the following items carefully before booking:
Deposit
$40 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to book.
The deposit will go towards the cost of your service.
Deposit should be made via CashApp ($tawnita) or Venmo (@tawnita)
An appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit is made.

Late Fees
10 minute grace period
10+ minutes late = $10 late fee
20+ minutes late = appointment cancelled
Cancellations*
>4 hours of appt time = deposit put towards next appt
<4 hours of appt time = deposit not transferred / refunded (unless sick)
If you need to cancel or reschedule, text 1-575-644-0075 as soon as possible.
Before your appointment
Please ensure you are not sick with a potentially contagious illness on the day of your appointment. Scheduling accommodations will be made for anyone who is ill (your deposit will be put towards your next appointment).

During your appointment
Children and/or visitors may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Text 1-575-644-0075 or email symbolic.nails.919@gmail.com to inquire in advance of your appointment. No advance = no visitors.
Masks are encouraged / often required during services to reduce exposure to particles and aerosols (/infectious diseases). Masks will be provided to anyone who wants one.
Feel free to bring anything you want for your comfort (comfy clothes, a drink, medication, etc.).
We are vape friendly. There will be an air purifier on throughout the appointment.
We can chat as much or as little as you wish (silent appointments are always an option).
Music and video streaming services will be available — feel free to request music or TV.
