Shipping Policy

All communications regarding orders must be sent via email to ceremonial.cosmetology@gmail.com.

Currently, Ceremonial Cosmetology can only ship to the continental United States. If you live outside of this area, but would like to place an order, please inquire at ceremonial.cosmetology@gmail.com before ordering. There are no guarantees that we can ship to you.

All of our products are uniquely designed, prepared, handcrafted, processed, packaged, and shipped by one person. Please plan accordingly prior to purchase: the current wait time on most of our products is at least 1-2 weeks before they will be shipped.

If you need something shipped urgently, please contact ceremonial.cosmetology@gmail.com before ordering to inquire about your request. There are no guarantees we can accommodate you.

Although the wait may be long for many of our products or services, our customers can rest assured knowing that their products were made with the highest quality of ingredients, research, honor, and intention. 

If you have not received a tracking number, then your order is still processing and has not yet shipped. Shipping occurs after your order has been fully processed by Ceremonial Cosmetology, and has been received by USPS (or an alternative courier). You will receive an email with full tracking details once USPS (or an alternative courier) receives your package. 

Shipments usually arrive within 2-10 business days (in the continental US) after being received by USPS (or an alternative courier). Please allow at least 14 business days to pass before contacting Ceremonial Cosmetology or any of its affiliates about an order that has not yet shipped, and/or an additional 10 business days from the ship date before contacting us about an order that has been shipped.

Those who initiate charge backs, demand refunds, or hassle us about these Terms of Service will be banned from purchasing at Ceremonial Cosmetology. 

Your purchase from Ceremonial Cosmetology validates the following shipping agreements: 

  • You agree that you have provided a correct and secure mailing address. You will not be reimbursed by Ceremonial Cosmetology or any of its affiliates for any packages lost due to misspelling of addressing, missing unit numbers, incorrect zip codes, etc. Please be sure to verify your shipping and billing information while placing an order. For security reasons, we cannot make changes to the address. If your package returns to us, we will reship it for an additional fee (please contact us at ceremonial.cosmetology@gmail.com to request this service).

  • Ceremonial Cosmetology or its affiliates are not responsible for packages once they leave our facilities.

  • You agree not to hold Ceremonial Cosmetology or its affiliates responsible for a package that is lost or damaged by USPS or any other courier. 

  • You agree that Ceremonial Cosmetology or its affiliates are not responsible for any package that is stolen from the delivery location.

  • Refunds will not be issued for items lost or damaged by USPS (or any other courier) as we closely follow shipping & packaging standards which ensure your items make their journey to you safely. Once a package leaves our hands, it is out of our control.

  • You as the customer/client are responsible for filing a claim for a refund through USPS (or any other courier) if your package has been damaged or lost. Please contact USPS (or the appropriate courier) to file a claim.

  • If your package is lost in transit, you agree that Ceremonial Cosmetology or its affiliates will not be held responsible if the tracking information says the package was “delivered,”  which indicates that USPS (or another courier) successfully delivered the package to the specified address.

  • International customers/clients: you are agreeing that your package does not come with insurance and tracking (beyond the US Border) and that no refunds will be issued due to damage, customs seizure, or loss.

  • International customers and clients are responsible for paying any import taxes owed.

  • All customers and clients, Domestic and International, agree that you are solely responsible for following your own State's/Country’s regulations regarding the products you purchase.

  • No returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges can be made after an order has been shipped. If you have any other questions regarding shipping, please email ceremonial.cosmetology@gmail.com. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND/OR EXCHANGES

All communications regarding orders must be sent via email to ceremonial.cosmetology@gmail.com. Communications via any other method will not be answered unless an affiliate of Ceremonial Cosmetology has explicitly requested such communications.

All sales are final. Please contact us at ceremonial.cosmetology@gmail.com to attempt to cancel your order and request a refund. We do not guarantee that we can cancel or edit your order. On the rare occasion that we might edit, cancel, or refund your order, it is only possible to do so BEFORE the order has shipped.

Your purchase from Ceremonial Cosmetology validates the following agreements:

Physical products

  • Given the nature of our offerings, products, and services, our policy is that returns, refunds, and/or exchanges are not permitted for any reason unless the wrong item was received. If this occurs, please contact us at ceremonial.cosmetology@gmail.com and we will do our best to make things right.

  • If there is an issue with an order that you have received, such as a broken item, email ceremonial.cosmetology@gmail.com with your order number, the issues, and photos of proof. Please allow at least 72 hours for a response.

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, and/or exchanges based on product effectiveness, taste, smell, feel, texture, appearance, color, consistency, effects, reactions, etc.

  • You as the customer, client, or user have the right to make an informed decision prior to purchase. Your purchase demonstrates your absolute assumption of liability.
